I need feedback please. We are having a problem with IMAIL that is driving us crazy. It has to do with attachments. It seems to be random and not associated with any particular file. Here is what happens. In some situations, when an attachment is sent in to our system, IMAIL wants to just delete it. Almost like there is a filter in place, which there is not, that removes it completely. I have contacted IPSWITCH about this and they are clueless about it. Here is the configuration: PIII 800 512 MB 32GB RAID5 HD Windows 2000 Server with SP2 IMAIL 7.04 with Hot Fix 2 and all associated patches Stock Web Mail Templates / Classic Web Mail Templates / and versions of Outlook Express are being used.
I would like to know if anyone else is have simlar problems or is this an internal problem that I might need to look deeper. We thought at one time that we had it figured out, guess not.
