That's an IMail problem, since the templates don't do anything the stock
templates don't do regarding the uploading of attachments. Pay close
attention to the mailbox size limits, since if the user is at or above the
IMail-imposed limit, and saving Sent messages to the Sent folder, then
we've seen where the iwebmsg service will prevent attachments.
