Ron and the other at HKSI must be VERY busy to respond so slowly.
It is a first.
Issue 1:
Yes, I've even had it throw me to pages other than the last page
after a delete.
2:
Yes, but refreshing the message list might be just as confusing
for some new users that have selected some messages for action,
only to have the selection boxes unchecked. I'd say this is a
judgment call, but I think I would prefer to have the message list
refresh with the folder list.
3:
Good point. The folder name should probably be indicated
somewhere.
4:
I can't reproduce this bug on my system. I put 10000000 into the
Imail administrator for a user, and KWM shows 10.0 MB as the limit.
5:
Yes, it is slow, but still seems faster than Hotmail from my modem
test connection at home. I haven't had it fail over my 56K modem
line during my tests. I'm considering putting the classic
templates up as an option for modem users. HKSI is working on
getting the classic version of the templates out for Imail 7 as we
type (and may be the reason for the slow support response).
I just upgraded our system here to Imail 7 and KWM 2 this week.
Maybe I should have waited another couple of weeks, but that,
also, is always a judgment call, and why we are paid the bib
bucks ;-). The staff at HKSI has the best support record that I
have EVER worked with, and I'm sure that they will resolve all of
our problems quickly.

This would be
