I wasn't getting reports of these KWM hotfixes. I thought everyone was
talking about Imail hot fixes.....hot fix here, hot fix there, there a fix,
here a fix. I so confused!

Ron? Thanks for the explanation, I was wondering what happened or what was
going on at HKS

Tim, Ken, and Everyone,

Yes, we've been extremely busy for the last 3 weeks, and things have
really been backed up this week in particular. The reason for the crunch
has been the IMail 7 upgrade process... getting KWM to work with IMail 7,
and then the IMail 7 hotfixes, and the hotfix pullbacks, etc... which we
have to figure out before releasing the Classic templates (now scheduled
for Monday).

The reason for the backup this week, was that last week I had to go to
another state to be with my 6-yr-old daughter during her unexpected
surgery, and I'm just getting back to work and trying to get caught up.

I apologize to everyone for the delays, and want to assure you that while
we may be slower than normal in responding to email and telephone
messages, we are in no way ignoring you, and are working through
everything as fast as possible.

That's a tough issue to control, but we will address it. I believe it
happens in the stock templates, too.

I would agree that refreshing the message list everytime the folder list
is auto-refreshed would be VERY distracting... having to click the folder
to see the new msgs is the lesser of two evils here, since having the
message list refresh without you being ready for it would also cause the
message preview to refresh to the first message, potentially throwing you
off a message you were reading.

I agree, but IMail 7 has some quirks that makes that very difficult, and
we haven't figured out a good workaround (yet). Tim, you shouldn't even
see the Sent, Draft, and Deleted folder unless they've been used, if
you've upgraded to 2.0.3.

That was fixed in 2.0.2. Sounds like you never applied that hotfix, Tim.
You must apply 2.0.2 to the download product, then 2.0.3 after that.

It's testing faster than KWM v1.52 on IMail 6 for us here. Moving the
images directory to a real webserver makes a huge difference, so make sure
you take advantage of that configuration
(config_ImagesPath[Regular/SSL].cgi).

Thanks, Ken. We will work to resolve these problems as soon as possible.

Ron
