I believe I did see something like this once before.  But I've quit
drinkin' since then.

I think that your end user is going to have to dig deep and try to come
up with some way of elaborating on this a bit.  Nonetheless, the first
obvious question is:  Has he tried accessing his account from another
computer?  If not, perhaps he'll give you permission to try.  Once you
determine whether or not the problem only exists on his PC, you've
isolated the problem one way or the other and can go from there.
