If the sender of the message is using Outlook set up to send as HTML, there
is a good probability that it is coming in as HTML rather than text and if
it is graphics, really good chance.

Subject: [imail] Problems reading and typing e-mail

I just received this message from one of my users:

Some of the messages I have received are unreadable, and when I try to send
a message I am not able to read what I am typing. I cannot describe what it
looks like except for funny shaped lines.

He is using IE 5.5 on Windows 95

Has anyone ever seen anything like this?

Thanks,

-Larry
