What errors can be found in your SMTP and W2* logs?

There is no VBScript in either IMail or KillerWebMail. The code in
KillerWebMail is Imail tags (the same as the stock templates), and
HTML/JavaScript (which execute on the client-side and CANNOT cause server
problems - unless of course they're stuck in some horrendous loop, which
would be immediately noticeable). KWM has been around since Sept of 2000,
and is installed in over 1,000 locations worldwide. I seriously doubt if
all of a sudden it is responsible for Ipswitch's iwebmsg crashes, but I am
keeping an open mind about it, and appreciate any feedback and CONCRETE
EVIDENCE (see log question above) users can provide.

What NIC cards are you running? What are your web messaging settings (keep
alives, thread pooling, etc.)?
