checking email accounts out of order (just got up from my nappy). Ipswitch has requested my web logs (which show nothing, I checked them) and they are sending me a file to do a full reinstall. That is fair enough. As Ron said, it said no reboot needed, but one was needed. Maybe - hope beyond hope - something didn't take.
At this point, if others don't report a problem, I would reinstall the entire os if that might help.
