Version of KWM? Type of IMail database (registry, external, etc.)? Number of users? Approx. number of simultaneous users? Have you checked your W2* logs for evidence of nimda/code red attacks (only important if you're serving web messaging on port 80)? Is the 100% CPU due to the iwebmsg process?
