We had the exact same problem. System working fine for years. Added new domain then had to restart web messaging every day because it hogged CPU. Behaviour stopped after about 10 days. The only thing I noticed was about 15 temp files (Ipswitch site says these related to web messaging) in the spool directory that were 20-800 MB. Running 6.06.
