You don't remove it (unless your server is infected - which only happens
to IIS listening on port 80). You just protect your server from other
infected servers, ideally by blocking the nefarious GET requests on port
80 at your border router, or with IIS tricks. Running IMail's web
messaging on a non-standard port (other than 80) will protect it from
processing the requests.
