Not sure why.  But I just tried Harry's suggestion and it worked.
Setting the Global Time Zone for my server in Central Time Zone
to -0500 corrected the time.  Thanks Harry.  Now I guess I will
have to sit up and wait for the time change and swap it back huh?

Fortunately the rest of the server based programs rely on the
system time. <g>
