It should.  I changed mine last night from remote then
retarted the services.  All appears to be well now.

Here is the strange part.  I think this is something with
Outlook Express though.  The time in preview mode would
always be 1 hour off.  Opening the message would show the
correct time.

Sounds like this may be addressed in the next patch.
