OK This is the deal.  Your Time offset is relative to system time, set your
system time by Daylight Savings (NT will do that for you if you let it) and
you will not need to adjust your IMAIL time for dls time.  It really is just
that simple.  Just figure out how many hours away from the GMT zone you are
and set accordingly, once.  NT will adjust your system time when dls begins
or ends and your offset will remain correct.  Try it and see!  Others have!
