Come on John, do the math. -0800 would normally be the setting for Pacific
time. -0700 is what's being used now because of "Savings time" setting for
this time of year. You are two hours ahead of Pacific time, so subtract two.
Central time is -0600, right now because of "Savings time", -0500 is the
correct setting.
And don't ask me if I'm sure.
