Timezone values (Control Panel - Imail Server - Global) are:

Central STANDARD -0600
Central DAYLIGHT -0500
Eastern STANDARD -0500
Eastern DAYLIGHT -0400
etc...

Remember to stop and restart the SMTP service after changing the setting.
