We use External USR Sportsters for all our imail fax and pager features.
They work just fine.

USR Sportster or Courier?
I tried a USR Sportster on the Fax gateway on verion 4 and it would either
send the headers, or one page and then continue to resend the page thinking
it never completed. Is that something fixed?

They work great here.. the fax service is the plus of the package. We have
a few domain customers that have their sales email go to their sales account
and then copied to the alias that faxes them.
If anyone has a pizza place that is looking to going online, this is a good
way to snag their business as long as your mail server and web server are
dependable.
