[IMail Forum] WebTV Blocking

I seem to remember a discussion recently about folks being blocked by WebTV.  I have 
spent the last hour on the phone with various folks in WebTV and nobody seems to be 
able to tell me why my IP was blocked (though it sure as hell is blocked for some 
reason).  How have the rest of you handled this situation (besides filling out their 
idiotic form)??
