Dusty,

I looked at the list since my Spool was getting a bit nuts and that's how I found I
was blocked. Upon asking all of their SUPPOSED tech folks what in the heck was going
on they informed me that an email is ALWAYS sent. I politely let them know that if
they sent it then none was received. They directed me to www.mail-abuse.org and said
that is where they got it from and lo-n-behold I am not listed there (which I figured
but wanted to follow their lead). After informing them that they were again wrong
they said they could not give me a reason why I was on the list.

So after some rather heated discussions and many emails flying all over the place (of
which I do not expect answers back from) it still keeps me sitting on their denied
list (though they say it should be removed within 12 hours). The boneheads couldn't
even tell me who an email is sent to if someone is put on the list so for at least the
next 12 hours (but who really knows how long) my users are blocked from sending to
WebTV. No SPAM runs through my server that I have detected and no undue useage by any
of my users.

Go figure....

Steve
