Basically WebTV maintains sort of their own RBL/DUL type
list. I have the URL here somewhere of all the IP blocks they
do not accept mail from. I am not sure what the criteria is for
getting on the list but I hear it is hard to get off of it.
Has anyone from WebTV ever contacted you concerning any mail
issues? Notice any SPAM runs through your server lately?

I seem to remember a discussion recently about folks being blocked by WebTV.
I have spent the last hour on the phone with various folks in WebTV and
nobody seems to be able to tell me why my IP was blocked (though it sure as
hell is blocked for some reason). How have the rest of you handled this
situation (besides filling out their idiotic form)??
