It looks to me like the web messaging log files, Ipswitch being into "standards based computing", are just standard NCSA log files, attackable by any WebTrends, MediaHouse, type of log analyzer.  but I haven't tried yet.

Yep, I tested this yesterday. Imalogger uses the SMTPD records to build its
database. Since the Web Messaging records are logged under the SMTP-
processes, Imalogger doesn't report messages sent via Web Messaging. Last
year this wasn't too big of a deal for us as most users used POP clients.
This year most users use Web Messaging. hmmmm
