All you can do is explain why you are doing this
putting the spam rating in the Subject: header is obviouslyobtrusive and distracting to skip over for every LEGIT msg in the in box (assuming 99% of the real SPAM doesn't get to the users in box).
ie, it's not a good design to tag 100% of legit msgs with a spam rating in Subject: line
