[IMail Forum] SMTP service conflicts

Here's the situation.

I have a bulleting board located here
http://www.tconsult.com/cgi-bin/Ultimate.cgi

It ran fine while using IMAIL until I installed SMTP service
in IIS.  Now it says it can not find the server.
I do ASP programming so I use SMTP service in
II to put mail scripts in my apps.

Does anyone know where the conflict could be?
I hope this is not too confusing.  I have SMTP 
on IIS on the same IPs as IMAIL.  But that has 
never caused a problem on any of my domains or 
ASP apps, just this board - written in PERL by 
the way.
