Hi Dave, Nice one!! A weekly summmary here in the list would be welcome. But being greedy, I'd like to see, buttons on the KB search form to query for: 1. articles sorted by date, all products, LIFO, newest to oldest, group by month? 2. articles sorted by product AND version, newest to oldest, group-by month. ( "I don't care about Imail 4 anymore" ) 3. How about a set of x new mailing lists for "KB article-announce for product x" so each time a KB article for, say, Imail, is entered, it would sent to that product's "KB article-announce" list. You people go to a lot of appreciated trouble to write those KB articles, don't be coy! "Push" the data to us, don't make us "pull" it.
