   I just have an program alias that runs a batch file with the following two lines in 
it.

net stop "pcAnywhere Host Service"
net start "pcAnywhere Host Service"

   I think I got this info from either Dusty or Scott sometime.  It works well, you 
just send one message to the program alias and it takes care of it for you.
