I finally found the rule which has been catching David Brenner's
(International Services Network Corporation) posts to this list and sending
them to my spambox--It was:

B~National Services:Spambox   I changed to =, and added a leading space. In
general, I think leading and trailing spaces are important for this
application.

Sorry David! I don't know where the rule came from--I got a core set from
Dusty and have added to it as I went along. It's embarrassing enough to
catch legitimate email in the filter (not all our users understand why we
filter at all), but doubly so in this case!
