I'm so glad it's not just me.

I log onto the server and I keep getting "This computer is running low on
Virtual Memory"  I got that several times. I had a gig allocated to VM!

I stopped and started the POP3 service and my memory usaged went from 1 gig
to 200 Meg.  I then rebooted the server and it went down to 76 MB and
steadily continued to rise.
