Thank for the reply Philip, but the problem I'am having is
with memory utilization and not CPU utilization.
pop3d32.exe is the POP service.

Do you know what the pop3d32.exe application does?  I know I was at one
point having a spool32.exe error similar to the one you are experiencing.
The spool32.exe application was activated by spooled messages in the server.
My error was caused by users emailing groups that had been created with too
many accounts in the alias.  The spool32.exe app would consume the processor
and I would have to restart the computer.  The alias's had to be converted
to list's.  If the pop3d32.exe is similar?  I don't know.  I hope this might
help a little.
