[IMail Forum] while sending and receiving mail with Outlook express "-ERR wrong state"

Imail 6.03

I have a problem sending and receiving mail from outlook express the error
message is " The server responded with an error. Server response "-ERR wrong
state". What would cause this problem? it seemed to be working fine and no
configuration was changed when this happened. It seems to be working just
fine with MS Outlook but not Outlook express.  tia
