Leo,
The .GSE files are kept by default in the "Imail\Spool" directory along with
the other files that Len was telling you about.

Angel,
I did a search for any files with the extension .GSE but i did not find any.
I know there are many rejected emails. Can you tell me where these .GSE
files are stored by default? tia
Leo

Leo,
Yes, IMail keeps a copy of rejected messages within the Queue. They usually
have the extension .GSE on them. This can be removed if you use the
isplcln.exe program, but if not then they should stay there until manual
deletion via Windows Explorer.

Imail server ver. 6.03
windows 2000 advanced server
I have set smtp security to "relay for local users only". My question is
: what happens to the mail that imail has rejected? will it keep a copy on
the server? or is it lost forever? I'm trying to recover these emails lost
after setting this option. tia.
