GSE files are 'bounced' messages from the postmaster and if all addresses
are valid, are sent very quickly, so are NOT available on the server. They
might be there for a few seconds (if retrun address is valid) or longer (if
return address is not valid) if it cannot be returned. If the message cannot
be returned, then they could exist until they are deleted. So I'm saying
that not ALL 'bounced' messages are available to view. Mail that is not
'accepted' (unknown user) is NOT kept in a file, but rejected immediately
and any file created is destroyed.
