Okay, Since no-one is questioning your creditials here, let's FOUCS on your
problems with iMail.  We would all really like to help you out.

You have not given enough information for anyone on this list to help you.
Please give us some DETAILED information as to what is happening on your
system.  What are your "baslelines"?  What are your Task Cycles?  Are you
running IIS? etc....  The more info you can give us... the better we can
help you.

Ummm.....I am aware of how a good baseline of NT should look.  I'm not a
newbie at this.  There are no other issues with the system.  Contrary to
what you may believe, not all MCSEs are paper MCSEs.
