Nobody said you should send the full log file,
the message says an **edited** log.

Your tone is really leading anywhere. You should
consider humbling down if you really want anyone
on the list to volunteer some help. As you probably
know (since you appear to know everything except
the solution to your problem) the vast majority of
the list members are not Ipswitch employees and
respond to messages on their own time.

Have you looked on the log at the delivery attempts
for those messages that take hours ? A search by
recipient and/or sender address should not take too
long and could reveal if several attempts are being
made and if so, why were they necessary.
