This machine is running NT Server v4.0 Enterpeise with SP6a.  Not OS/2.

Last time I saw symptoms like that, someone was using an old OS/2 box I had
laying around as a way to send their spam... I terminated it. I wonder if
something like that is happening here and maybe there really is nothing
wrong with the box? Just a weird idea out of left field.
