well, your seeming is faulty.  it just ain't like that.

spammers NEVER use a valid MAIL FROM: sender name.

You have to defend against that with authenticated protocol and non-spoofed 
ip addresses.  There is no recourse.

In legitimate Eudora, I can create any [EMAIL PROTECTED] I want, 
including yours, and use it spam through the 1000's of open-relay 
servers.  I even did that last week to help one of my IMGate list members 
test his first machine.
