Quentin, (awwww) I wish I could talk in person to some of you. I realize how an IP address would eliminate the need for including the domain name in the username, but it seems to me that all the resolving can be done based on the username%domain, since the doman is included. Who cares what IP address it comes from? It has the necessary domain information in the USERNAME to validate it or not. I understand the IP problem if I was only providing the username, but since the username includes the DOMAIN name.. there should be no need to RESOLVE a host name from the connection, but it should be overriden by the domain name in the username. -A.J.
