There is a product called Doubletake (www.nsisw.com), that may
do part of what you need. It handles the mirroring of the mailboxes
and ip failover. I don't think it handles the registry, but that
could be done with scripts. It doesn't do load balancing, but it is
great for backups (you can turn the mirroring off and backup from the
failover machine). I use it for MS SQL and it works great.
