Actually if you have multiple account in Outlook 2000 (I believe 98 also)
you can choose which account two ways. Either use the dropdown on the 'Send'
button from the message editor or 'View>Options>Send Using' I use this quite
alot.

Outlook express does this also. Set up an account for how many different
servers you want. When you click new mail, click on the arrow to the right
of the from name. A drop-down box with all your accounts will be listed pick
the one you want. What I don't understand, this feature isn't available on
Outlook 98 or 2000.
