[IMail Forum] client maintaining own mail server?

What the experience here with ISP's allowing client to manage their own 
Imail virtual host?  Meaning the Imail syttem admin persons delegates a 
client as full "host admin" for the client's mail domain?

Do clients want this?  do ok? screw it up? abuse it?  Is it a manageable 
commercial proposition?  Do you charge extra for the host admin feature?
