What's ethical got to do with it? vbg A product and price is offered,
it's purchased or not. As you said yourself, the product is much more than
just a check in a box.
And the client obtains the right to create his own mailboxes, alieases,
lists, which appears to be a quite valuable feature, it they want it and
can handle it.
