Bonjour Phil,
1. there is a post-6.03 patch on the ipswitch site that fixed some SMTP
AUTH pb's. Do you have that patch?
2. In the Imail SMTPSecurty panel, do you have "disable SMTP AUTH
reporting" checked or unchecked?
