We took the refund from them earlier today. They would rather refund you the
money then to work with the customer. I wonder if there is anybody out there
that has IMAIL 6.x working with MS-SQL 7.0 with over 10,000 users?

We were getting all sorts of POP3 timeouts but the web interface was
actually working ok.
However, no matter what the CPU on the mail server was always at 100% with
no traffic.

Sincerely,

They are fairly near to losing another one, due to features offered that do
not work. They acknowledge it is broke, and don't plan to fix it until next
major release, the only solution they have is a refund but we hate wasting
all the time we have already invested in this software customization... so
we are deciding still whether to bail out or stay. Too bad they couldn't
have just changed the docs to reflect the change, so buyers wouldn't be so
disappointed. At least they are offering a refund.
