Here is my theory about the IPSwitch support (for those who care-otherwise,
I think you know where your delete button is!)... this list is far better
than any support person I have spoken to from ANY company! Granted, I have
never had a need to speak to IPSwitch directly (everything I have ever
encountered has been solved here).... and also granted, I know that I'm not
even close to some of the advanced configurations that some of you guys are
running....... but it seems that most (not saying all!) problems that can't
be solved, or are a big head ache - the imail/SQL combo. Which I believe
someone has stated... is not supported.
All in all....
Imail has it's weaknesses, and so does any other email server. So choose the
one that does your job right. For me... Imail has been the best for what I
use it for, and I love it. Plus in my eyes, this list is worth it in my eyes
alone - best support in the business! And even if I was to change servers, I
think I would still be subscribed to this list, with the abundant wealth of
knowledge and helpfull people.
