If it's not sent from som other server to your server for 5 days during
which your server is on-line and healthy, then there's not much that you
can do about it.
To be of any help, we need to know some details.
How do you know there is a 5 day delay?
What has the other server(s) been writing in its log if it has even been
trying to contact your server for 5 days? If the other server has been
able to deliver mail to your server, it should be logging the failure reason.
