Yes. Take a look at the logs. The logs are your friend.
The SYSmmdd.TXT log file will let you know exactly what is going on.
First, look at the log for the date/time you sent one of the E-mails. Look for your
E-mail address and the address of the sender. You should be able to the message
there. Keep tracking it in the log file until it tells you what happened to it
(either it delivered it or it retried it). If it says, for example, "MX Connect
fail", that probably means that your DNS has problems.
