I don't know how I missed this thread, but this is the same problem I am now
having with two aol users.
The problem seems to be getting worse.
I have tried many things to no avail and it seemed to be sporadic but is
happening more often.
It happens on both my 5.08 and my 6 something imail server.
I wonder if there is something in the aol client that could be adjsuted to
stop this.
Finally, I am going to check and see what version of aol they are using. I
suspect aol 5.0!
Ipswitch people: is there any better logging I can turn on besides the
normal logging - I am not an expert..but i can not track this in the logs.
What should i be looking for? I don't see anything where they have
authenticated and session will be treated as local user. which is what i
expected to see. Not do I see any error messages. If I am reading it right,
there is no trace in the main smtp log.
Regards
Kim
