We have been using the USR Courier for over 3 years and have never seen a
problem. I guess I installed it out of ignorance, because I just plugged it
in and sent a fax... it worked first try. I have heard of many issues with
the Sportster and others over the years, but I have not seen anyone complain
about the Courier.
We use the same for the email to pager as well and never had a problem.
