I do not have sysmmdd.txt file. I just started using this program two months ago and I am getting familiar with it. In I mail under smtp I clicked to log to sysmmdd.txt. and clicked to check the debug massages. Will that start the log?

Thanks,

I am getting the No transporter provider available error.

where is that?

 It is happening everywhere.

where is that?

Sometimes to one single e-mail and many time to multiple e-mail (50+). I believe it is the I-mail software.

why?

I have ver. 5.06. Any ideas. How can I track an e-mail to see if it left the queue. Please help

Sam,

What's happening should be in the imail\spool\sysMMDD.txt file.   Show us some logs.

When I imail deliver a msg from the queue, it writes an "xdeliver" line to the log file, where x means l=local mailbox, r=remote mailserver, g=gateway
