Well, the "No transporter provider" message that occurs in Outlook implies that it 
can't find a way of sending out the E-mail.  I believe you would get that message if 
you didn't have any mail servers listed in Outlook.

You can verify this by trying to send a message in Outlook, and then checking the 
IMail logs.  If there are entries in the log, then it might be an IMail issue.  If 
there are not, then Outlook is probably not configured correctly.

That sounds a lot like an error message I've seen in Outlook (not with
IMail).  If it is coming from Outlook, it's a Microsoft issue.
