I am getting a conflicting answers. I am not sure but I think it is an I
mail issue. I have users with outlook 97, 98 and 2000.

That sounds a lot like an error message I've seen in Outlook (not with
IMail). If it is coming from Outlook, it's a Microsoft issue.
